* All payments must be settled before check-in date
* Guests are required to present their ID/Passport and bank card used for online bookings
* All bookings require a R1000 breakage/cleaning deposit
* Please ensure you leave the apartment the way it was handed over to you
* Any damages caused to the property, the full refund will be withheld
* Please email banking details upon check out in order to receive your deposit
* The deposit will be refunded into your bank account within 5 days from the day of check out
* No verbal cancellations will be accepted
* Check in: between 2pm and 8pm
* Check out: 10am
* Early check in or late check out is subjected to conditions and prior arrangement.
* If the reservation is cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
* If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
* In the event of no-shows, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
* No refund will be given for early departure.
* No refund will be given if guests are checking in later than original confirmed checking in date.
